ACE 4: 5 ways to (respectfully) disagree
In engineering one of the most important things is being able to work with others. You will be working in partners and/or groups in various problem solving scenarios and perhaps you or your partner(s) may disagree on how to solve the problem but you must solve it without disrespecting each other.

Using ACE format and complete sentences answer the following question: Brielfy describe a sitution in which you didn't agree with someone and how you dealt with resolving the conflict in a respectul way?
Example:
In a situation I disagree with a person on ...
According to the article, 5 ways to (respectfully) disagree "using the I statement to communicate" how you feel or think of the situation helps present your case as to why you disagree in calm and respectful matter.
I believe that an effort to calmly handle disagreements is the best method, but we are humans and may lose a marbles sometimes and we just have to learn to go back and come to a compromise in which all involve can be happy.
